Your parent or grandparent is in a nursing home and COVID-19 strikes. Suddenly, they can't have their family visit them, they can't go out to the store or restaurants for their meals, they can't even go and get their nails and hair done. This is the sad reality for thousands of seniors today, and as a result depression and anxiety among seniors is at an all time high.

The good news is, you can help! Become a penpal, bake homemade treats, or give a donation. Here at Caring About Seniors, we have decided to take the initiative to set up different support systems for the seniors in our community during these stressful times. We target social and financial support to our seniors, and aim to lend a helping hand to our community.

We are excited to announce our partnership with CancerCare, an organization that provides free emotional and practical support for people with cancer, caregivers, loved ones, and the bereaved. We are extending our reach to cancer patients as well as seniors, in order to help as many people struggling right now as we can.
